Refund policy

 



We offer returns and refunds on both physical merchandise and select digital services, under the conditions outlined below.





For Physical Merchandise (e.g. apparel, accessories, etc.):



Return Window:

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a return, the item must be:


  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase



How to Start a Return:

Contact us at 1underthetrees@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.





For Digital Services (e.g. marketing campaigns, consulting, or creative work):



Due to the custom nature of our services, all service-based sales are final once work has begun.


However, we’re committed to results. If you believe there’s been an error in delivery or scope, reach out to 1underthetrees@gmail.com within 7 days of service delivery and we’ll review your case in good faith.





Non-Returnable Items:



  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Gift cards
  • Digital content once delivered






Exchanges (Merch Only):



To exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible), and make a separate purchase for the new one.





Refunds:



Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to process.
