By accessing our website, purchasing merchandise, or engaging in our digital services (including the Meta Revenue Offer and marketing strategy consultations), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).   • Physical Products: Apparel, accessories, and other branded merchandise.
  • Digital Services: Marketing consultations, strategic development, and campaign management services delivered under the Meta Revenue Offer.



Details of digital service engagements are governed by our internal Service Agreement, which is provided to clients upon onboarding.





3. ORDERING, PAYMENTS & BILLING



You agree to provide accurate, current payment and billing information for all purchases.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including limiting quantities or rejecting duplicate purchases. In such cases, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY



We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method.


Service-based purchases (e.g., consulting, campaigns) are subject to the terms in your signed service agreement and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Respect timeframes, deliverables, and communication protocols
  • Accept that results are collaborative and not guaranteed

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms or abuse our platform or personnel.





13. GOVERNING LAW



These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with U.S. laws and resolved through binding arbitration or court in the jurisdiction of our choosing.





14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT



These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any individual Service Agreements, constitute the full agreement between you and UNDER THE TREE.
