📦 Physical Products (Merch)
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Average delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier
Once your order has been fulfilled, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at 1underthetrees@gmail.com — updates are only possible if the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
Tracking numbers are provided with all shipments where available.
📬 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate with the carrier and provide resolution options on a case-by-case basis. Include your order number and photos if applicable.
🌍 International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
🖥️ Services (Meta Revenue Offer)
Our Meta Revenue Offer is a non-physical, digital service. There is no shipping involved, and all deliverables are provided electronically or through client-facing portals, as defined in your service agreement.
